Package 1- A step in the right direction

During an in depth meeting we discuss your plans and visions. We will offer everything from advice on how to organise your event, money saving tips, etiquette issues and supplier information. We will also produce a personalised fact sheet designed to help you on the right track to organising your perfect day.

Package 2- The perfect venue

With so many venues to choose from all marketing and pricing their wedding packages in a different way, finding the perfect venue can be a very daunting experience. Even when you finally narrow down your search and go to view them how do you know what questions to ask to ensure you are getting the most value & service for your money. That's where we come in.

Following a meeting to discuss your venue requirements we will produce for you an in-depth breakdown of up to 5 venues that best fit your needs & budget. We will then attend the initial meeting with you. We ensure all the appropriate questions are asked so you can make sure you will be getting the best value and quality of service and you end up with the venue of your dreams.

Package 3 - suppliers

Florists, photographers, cake, caterers, videographers, entertainment, marquees, invites, table plans & decorations ... the list goes on and even for a small event you will spend a great deal of time searching for the right suppliers to suit your budget and tastes. At Creative Co-ordination we put together a list of up to three of each of your required suppliers best fitting your needs and will then if required attend initial meetings with you. You can also co-ordinate this package with package 2 for an additional £75

Package 4 - setting up & pre ceremony attendance

On your big day the last thing you want to worry about is did the flowers arrive or have the tables be decorated as I envisaged?

We will:

• Attend the venue (and church if required) to ensure everything is in place
• Dress your tables for you if required.
• Be there for when you arrive to ensure you are happy with the venue and supplier products.
• We will be on hand to ensure any last minute preparations are handled efficiently and will only leave when you are happy.

Package 5 - All day attendance

We will be with you all day to ensure all your preparations go to plan and to:

• Co-ordinate all suppliers and venue arrangements
• Be with you at least an hour before the ceremony to go through any last minute questions you may have
• Make sure everyone in the wedding party knows where they should be and even that the Best Man has the rings!
• Be on hand throughout the day to offer co-ordination and advice right up until the speeches have been read and the cake cut.

Package 6 - From start to finish

Everything in packages 1 - 5 plus

• Co-ordination of your supplier bookings
• Unlimited email assistance to answer any questions or concerns you may have
• Management of guest list and invitations if required
• On the day attendance and co-ordination until the first dance

Package 7 - Everything and more!

Everything in packages 1-6 plus

• Attendance of supplier meetings and administration of supplier payments
• Guest travel and accommodation information
• Invitation management if required
• Liaison with venues & suppliers in accordance with your instructions
• Supervision of budget and co-ordination of money spent
• Regular updates detailing how your wedding plans are progressing
• Supplier negotiation
• Wedding rehearsal attendance
• Post-event co-ordination

Weddings Abroad

Many couples are now deciding on getting married abroad, however with so many destinations each with their own legal paperwork & requirements where do you start?

We will:

• Assist with choosing a location
• Advise on best time of year
• Liase with the venue in question to clear all legal requirements
• Assist with the organising of accommodation, flights, catering, flowers etc
• If required we can then organise a blessing, reception or both back in the UK
